You can apply for specifically advertised jobs and we also accept spontaneous applications. Our recruitment department will then match your profile against the jobs that are continuously coming in to us. We will get back to you as soon as we have a job that may be interesting for you.
Writing your resumé – CV
Your cover letter should be tailored to each position. Use the requirements and skills in the ad to help you and provide concrete examples of how you match these through your previous experiences. For example, if a position requires problem-solving skills, you could describe a situation where you helped solve a challenge at your previous workplace.
Job interview
Prepare by reading about the company and think about why you are a good fit for the role. If you are asked about your weaknesses, choose a quality that you are working on improving. Try to relax even if you feel nervous and remember to be yourself, listen and show your interest.

Apply for the Position
We use ongoing selection, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible, including your CV and cover letter. Once your application has been received, you will get a confirmation email.
Phone Interview
If you meet the requirements for the role, you will be invited to a brief phone interview. We’ll ask some follow-up questions, and you’ll have the chance to ask your own questions about the position.
In-Depth Interview
A selection of candidates will be invited to an in-depth interview, either at our office or, in some cases, online. We’ll discuss your personality, experience, and skills in relation to the role. Please bring relevant references and ensure you have their consent.
Client Interview
If you’re considered a strong match for the position, a meeting with the client will be arranged. This gives you the opportunity to visit the workplace, meet future colleagues, and ask further questions.
Feedback
Regardless of the outcome, you will receive feedback from us via email or phone. The length of the process can vary, so don’t hesitate to reach out for updates.
