Our selection tests focus solely on attributes that have been clinically proven to predict future job performance. These tests are based on the Five-Factor Model, and we’ve chosen Assessio, a market leader, as our test provider.
You can purchase the test as part of a recruitment process, as a component of a Second Opinion, or independently for personal use. Tests are available as a package (Matrigma + MAP) or individually. There’s also an option to set a cutoff score on the Matrigma test; only candidates who meet this threshold proceed to the MAP test. In such cases, you only pay for the Matrigma test for those who do not advance. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive comprehensive feedback—both written and verbal—from our certified test administrator.
