IndustriSupport is a family-owned business founded in 1999 by Kent Henriksson. Kent had spent his entire professional life in the industry. Starting with simpler jobs on the factory floor, he worked his way up to the role of CEO. With this experience from both blue-collar and white-collar sides, he gained a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the industry.
IndustriSupport was an early entrant into the staffing industry. In 1994, staffing and recruitment companies became fully legal in Sweden. From the company’s start until 2007, we were members of Teknikarbetsgivarna. In 2007, the decision was made to connect with Kompetensföretagen. Today, we are an authorized staffing and recruitment company dedicated to continuity and sustainable talent supply.
