When Kent worked as a personnel and workshop manager in Arvika, he was part of a business group where discussions were held on how to secure competence in the region and how to retain it during companies’ seasonal variations and economic fluctuations. Companies in the region were looking for a support function company that could hire staff, and by connecting industries in collaboration, competence and employees could be retained in employment. This would mean a secured workforce for the future.

Initially, the business was primarily focused on companies in Arvika and nearby towns in Värmland, which is reflected in the choice of company name, Industri Support Värmland AB. It is from this background that our niche towards the industry comes from. It is from this origin that we have continued to grow into more regions such as Närke and Dalsland, and today we secure competence both for blue-collar and white-collar workers through both recruitment and staffing. We have also expanded our service offering, which means that today we can also offer our customers specific HR services. Our expansion has made it possible to broaden our offering and reach more companies and professional categories, primarily within the industry.
