Whistleblowing – A Safe Workplace

IndustriSupport is committed to transparency and actively opposes a culture of silence. If you experience a work-related irregularity or an issue of public concern that could potentially cause serious harm to the organization and you receive no response from your manager or their superior, you may report it here.

We have a whistleblowing procedure designed to ensure that serious misconduct is brought to light—for example, significant legal violations of public interest such as theft, corruption, vandalism, fraud, embezzlement, or data breaches. The procedure also covers serious environmental crimes, major safety deficiencies in the workplace, or instances of severe discrimination, harassment, or grossly unethical behavior.

Please remember that you should first raise your concerns with your consultant manager if you are a consultant, your immediate supervisor if you work at the office, or their manager. Only if your concerns are ignored, or the nature of the issue makes reporting to a manager impossible, should our internal whistleblowing channel be used. In such cases, your report will be handled discreetly by an independent representative appointed to manage whistleblowing matters.

When reporting via our internal whistleblowing channel vissla@industrisupport.com you can expect a confirmation of receipt within 7 days and feedback on your case within 3 months. Always include your contact information so we can follow up with you. This is also necessary if you wish to schedule a meeting to report verbally.

We encourage you to report work-related misconduct internally first. However, you also have the option to report externally to the appropriate authorities—see the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s website for more information.

Whistleblowers are protected from negative consequences following the reporting of misconduct. This means that threats of retaliation or attempts to retaliate are not allowed, nor is it permissible to hinder a whistleblower from reporting. Examples of negative consequences include dismissal, changes in work duties, threats, discrimination, or blacklisting in your industry due to whistleblowing. The protection also means you cannot be held liable for breaking confidentiality (except in cases of so-called qualified confidentiality).

If you have further questions about how we handle whistleblowing cases, you are always welcome to contact our responsible representative:
